Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes, serving a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, routines management, medication administration, transportation, and engagement in developmental/recreational activities. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and progresses to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires two legally married spouses (both 27+), and relocation to assigned on-campus homes with comprehensive benefits included.
