Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel experiences, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years; both spouses must apply
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)

- No smoking on campus; no alcohol while on duty
