Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and guide 8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle initially, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent with the same students.
