Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires both spouses to complete individual employment applications; benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage. On-site housing and meals are included as part of total compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models for students
