Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples as full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily routines, managing household schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Qualifications require youth-focused experience, both spouses being legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older for both, up to three dependent children in the home, a smoke- and weapon-free campus commitment, pet limitations, a valid U.S. driver’s license with van-certification ability, comfort with daily devotions and chapel, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrated integrity.
