Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus provide care and guidance to 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee household routines and budgeting, and maintain household reporting; positions transition to a Placed Houseparent role with same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
