Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on-campus to supervise and support 8–13 students per home, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care; duties include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with same group of students. Requires married couple, at least two years of marriage, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Chapel services
- Relocation to on-campus assignment in Hershey, PA or relocation-supported assignment
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
