Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Compensation includes per-person salary and benefits with relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel
- No alcohol permitted on duty
