Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, living on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in a consistent student home. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA; on-site housing and meals provided; benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfort leading students in devotions and attending chapel services
