Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in on-site student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, eligibility for driving student vans, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The position is a two-person role for legally married couples (at least two years married) with both spouses age 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
