Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents are a two-person, married-couple role on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA. The couple lives in on-campus student homes and provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
