Job Summary
Two-person married couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance and supervision, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with nine days on and three days off initially, then transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided as part of benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
