Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for Milton Hershey School: married couples live in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and participate in budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older to apply, and both must complete individual applications.
