Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially rotating through multiple homes on a nine-on/three-off schedule, couples will transition to a placed Houseparent role living with their assigned students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid training, and housing per diem. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
