Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee household routines and budgeting, and report on family-like student homes; initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home and relocation to Hershey, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couple must apply individually
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and participating in Sunday Chapel
- Full-time Flex Houseparent role (two-person)
- Experience with youth preferred
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Relocation to Hershey, PA required
