Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married individuals) live on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting household status, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a stable home assignment. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and endorsement of a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance is provided; salary is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older. Required Qualifications
