Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on campus in on-site student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three off to a placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Between two spouses, cooperative and shared responsibilities in student homes
