Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on campus to oversee a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentoring, and a structured, family-like environment. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive coverage. This two-person, married-couple position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, the couple’s marriage lasting at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
