Job Summary
Two-person married couple sought to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision/mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off. Qualifications include youth experience, high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses being legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older. Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Relocation to Hershey, PA is required
- Full-time on-campus on-site housing in student homes with supervision and mentorship responsibilities
