Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside on Milton Hershey School on-campus housing and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing and meals), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a two-person married couple relationship, both spouses aged 27 or older, limited dependents, adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty), valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel activities.
