Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples living on campus to care for 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially rotating through multiple homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement into a single student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with on-site housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel

- Must be legally married for at least two years
