Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in Milton Hershey School student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed-houseparent arrangement living with the same students.
