Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from flexible assignments to a fixed student-home placement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance provided. The role emphasizes creating a structured, family-like environment fostering academic, emotional, and social development; compensation includes salary per person with full benefits and housing, plus paid training.
