Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents on a residential campus: married couples live in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, supervise daily routines, manage medications and wellness, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Compensation includes per-person salary with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Prolonged periods of on-duty with nine days on/three days off schedule
Additional Requirements
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in home
