Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside on-campus and supervise 8–13 students in a family-style home. Couples provide care, mentorship, daily supervision, medication administration, and plan/lead activities, including devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include managing household routines, student schedules, budgeting/reporting, driving students to activities, and initially covering multiple homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits and housing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Two-person role for couples (must apply together)
- willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA (relocation assistance provided)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
