Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, legally married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive coverage and relocation assistance. Qualifications include experience with youth, age 27+, minimum two years married, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
