Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Willoughby Hills, OH. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, then transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person with total couple compensation around $180,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement, PTO, and paid training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to live and work in a smoke- and weapon-free campus environment; requires two-year marriage and minimum age 27 for both spouses.
