Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents couple to reside on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA (and related on-campus homes). The role provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, coordinating schedules, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. The position requires a legally married couple, both spouses age 27 or older, and involves relocation with relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and salary described per person (total compensation per couple reflected in benefits).
