Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person role) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transportation, devotional activities, budgeting, and reporting. The position progresses from a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and relocation to the Madison County, AL area with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
