Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle initially, with later placement in a single student home.
