Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School (on-campus student homes). Couples residing in a student home provide care, supervision, mentoring, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent assignment with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits, housing, and training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; applicants must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Experience working or volunteering with youth is preferred.
