Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, with duties including daily supervision, routine management, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and guiding daily devotions and chapel attendance. Roles transition from nine days on / three days off to a stable placement living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
