Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in a student home with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent with a nine-on/three-off schedule. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; role requires married couples with both spouses applying.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
