Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to placed houseparent with the same student group. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, eligibility for a two-person, legally married-couple role (both spouses 27+), ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, no alcohol on duty, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus.
