Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus in student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role initially covers multiple student homes on nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and paid training. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to meet on-campus housing requirements; a valid driver’s license and ability to drive students are required; high school diploma or GED is required. Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
