Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for a two-person married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students per home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance provided; salary per person listed with total compensation per couple including housing and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for legally married couples
- Both spouses aged 27 or older (min)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
