Job Summary
Caregiver couple reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning/developing recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on, then three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living in a dedicated student home. Requires being legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance provided; on-campus housing and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-year marriage minimum
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
