Job Summary
College-ready, on-campus youth-care role for a married couple acting as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off initial schedule transitioning to a stable student-home assignment. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married couple with both spouses age 27+. Relocation assistance provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, and on-duty housing meals. Both spouses must submit individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse role requires marriage for at least two years

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role involves leading devotions and chapels
