Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couple) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse role must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
