Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on campus in student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, manage household routines and budgeting, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and report household activities. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/utilities covered. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married relationship for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older. Desirable candidates have experience with youth and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and to Judeo-Christian chapel services.
