Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple roster living in on-campus student homes to care for a group of about 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and participation in developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and supervision of routines and budgeting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle initially, with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a structured, family-like residential environment with Judeo-Christian chapel involvement; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, and housing and meals are included. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be legally married for at least two years; both must be 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
