Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and support to groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapel, supervise budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle and eventual placement as a Houseparent in a consistent student home; relocation assistance provided; benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement (both spouses must apply)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for married partners
