Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School on a campus-level residence for 8–13 students. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development of a structured, family-like environment. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent assignment with the same group of students.
