Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes (approx. 8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off; later transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA and relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couple
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Relocation assistance provided
- On-campus housing role in Hershey, PA
