Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in a student home to support 8–13 youth, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home. Benefits include salary of $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more), relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and PTO. Qualifications require youth experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older to apply, with up to three dependent children allowed in the home.
