Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. The pair will reside in a student home and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. They will lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, work a nine-consecutive-days-on, three-days-off schedule, and later transition to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
