Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role is a two-person married couple position that begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Qualifications include experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a High School diploma or GED; both spouses must be at least 27 years old and be legally married for at least two years.
