Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and coordinating Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
