Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions, and manage budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation provided with benefits including health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
