Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, transport and engage students in activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and progress to a placed houseparent role living with the same group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and for both spouses to be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old; benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive health benefits, and paid time off. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided.
